(hereafter “the Company”) considers appropriate protection of the personal information of our customers and everyone who interacts with the Company to be an important social responsibility. The Company works to properly handle and protect the personal information received from customers, based on this privacy policy.

When requested to disclose, correct, or cease use of personal information received from a customer, upon confirmation that the request was made by the individual in question, the Company shall perform the necessary investigation without delay, and shall disclose, correct, or cease use of said information within a reasonable time frame based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

6.Compliance with Relevant Laws

The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other social norms.

7.Continuous Improvement

In order to properly manage personal information, the Company keeps abreast of changes in laws, social norms, and information technology; continually reviews the management system in place; and works to make continuous improvements.

8.Changes to Basic Policy

The Company may review and make changes to this basic policy as necessary. The latest version will always be posted on the website, taking the place of detailed announcements of changes.
